IN NO EVENT SHALL THE BING WORLD PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS Interruption or other intangible losses arising out of or in any way related to these Terms of Use or the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, and whether or not any BING WORLD Party HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE BING WORLD PARTIES’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED $50 OR THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO BING WORLD IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
