After the account is cancelled, all content, information, data, records of your logged-in and used accounts under your products and services will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by law, regulations, this agreement or regulatory authorities. You can no longer retrieve, access, obtain or continue to use, and you have no right to ask us to retrieve your personal information. Including but not limited to: account avatars, nicknames, achievements or virtual content such as props and titles obtained, props or virtual items in the software, speeches, regions, chat records, etc.
For detailed rules and precautions such as account cancellation, please read the "Account Cancellation Agreement" below carefully.
1. "Account Cancellation Agreement"
Dear user, before you decide on the account cancellation process, we will provide you with the following special service instructions: After canceling your account, you will no longer be able to log in and use the company's related services. This platform is shared with this account, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations or this Agreement. Except as specified, your personal information under this account will be deleted or anonymized, and the related products and services previously associated with this account will no longer be associated. Once an account is cancelled, it cannot be restored, so please proceed with caution. If your account is frozen and/or we take other measures due to violation of relevant laws and regulations and/or relevant provisions of the User Service Agreement, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and other relevant rights holders. After the account is cancelled, we may retain the data related to the account violation for no less than 6 months. During the retention period, we will not use this data for any other purpose, except to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of you and other relevant rights holders.
3. You understand and confirm that your account cancellation application indicates that you agree to give up the rights and interests that have been generated but not consumed in the account during the use of this platform and the expected future income. That is to say, once the account on the platform is cancelled, we have the right to liquidate all income under the account. Including but not limited to:

- (4) Other income that has been generated but not fully consumed or expected to be obtained in the future, etc. Once this account has been cancelled, it cannot be restored (even if you apply to us to register an account again on this platform using the same mobile phone number after canceling the account, the account will become a new user account).
- (5) Once this account is officially cancelled, the relevant user agreement and other rights and obligations signed by you and us regarding this product and service will be terminated accordingly (unless those that have been agreed to continue to be valid). However, the termination of such agreement does not affect the relevant responsibilities that you should bear before the account is cancelled. You still need to bear the corresponding responsibilities for your use of this service before the account is cancelled, including but not limited to possible liability for breach of contract, and damage. 2. When you apply to us
Before continuing to apply for account cancellation, in order to protect your account security and related rights and interests, you need to check and ensure and promise that the account you apply for cancellation meets the following conditions. These conditions include but are not limited to:

- (2) The account is safe and in normal use: no sensitive operations such as manual unbinding or manual password change within 2 weeks before you apply for cancellation, the account login location is normal, and the account is in normal use:
- (3) Virtual items: including but not limited to props, membership rights, purchased episodes, etc. Please note that canceling your account will be deemed as your voluntary waiver of these rights.
- (4) There are no unfinished orders on the account: including virtual currency, vouchers, physical rewards, etc.
- (5) There are no disputes in this account: including complaints and reports, complaints and reports, status agent investigations, arbitration, litigation and other disputes;
- (6) Other content that needs to be met to protect the security of your account and property rights.

3. How to cancel your account?
- (1) You can directly cancel your account in APP Settings-Cancel Account. We have a 7-day cooling-off period. You can cancel the cancellation process by logging in to the APP again within 7 days.
- (2) You have agreed to all the contents of this cancellation agreement; at the same time, you have checked and confirmed that you meet the requirements of Article 3 of this agreement:
- (3) After you complete the above point 3.2, in order to further protect your relevant legal rights and interests, we have the right to comprehensively judge whether your account meets the cancellation conditions based on your account security status and your use of related products and services. . To protect the security of your account and property rights, we have the right to conduct identity verification on the cancellation application to determine that you are the authorized user of the account (such as mobile phone verification, email verification, etc.). If we find that the account does not meet the cancellation conditions or the identity verification fails after comprehensive judgment, your cancellation may fail. You can follow our guide for subsequent operations or contact customer service for help. Even if we judge that you meet the cancellation conditions, it is based on your formal review commitment (that is, you promise to ensure that your account meets the above cancellation conditions). You are still responsible for ensuring that your account meets the above cancellation conditions, and we are not responsible for this. Bear the corresponding legal liability;
- (4) After you successfully complete the identity verification in point 3.3 above, we will consider that you have successfully submitted your account cancellation application to us. During this period, we will provide your account with a 7-day retention period (i.e., lock Expect). During the lock period, we will not delete or temporarily anonymize the account-related information (for example, your friends can still see your avatar, nickname and other account information), unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. To ensure the smooth completion of the cancellation, please do not use this account to log in and use the account of this software during the lock-up period, otherwise it will be deemed that your account cancellation application has been revoked. After the lock-up period, if we do not receive your information that you intend to cancel the account or there is no other reason not to cancel the account, the account will be officially cancelled and the personal information under the account will be deleted or anonymized (but laws, regulations and these provisions do not apply. Unless otherwise agreed in the agreement).
The specific cancellation procedures and operations are subject to the official announcement. You understand and agree that during the period when you apply for account cancellation (including the lock-up period), if we need to verify transactions, complaints or other matters related to your account, or we have other reasonable reasons, we have the right to freeze your cancellation application, and we have the right to freeze this account. We will not provide you with cancellation services for the time being.
4. Others
- (1) For matters not covered in this agreement, please refer to the relevant platform rules during the cancellation process such as the "User Agreement". You understand and agree that: even if you are willing to cancel your account, it will not reduce or exempt you from the relevant responsibilities that you should bear according to relevant laws and regulations, relevant agreements, rules, etc. (may) bear.
